Safety and Regularity
Reflexology is a safe, easy and a beneficial method of treatment, with no known side effects, Reflexology creates overall balance within the body through its pressure on the different reflex points. Via the pressure the brain received signals through the spinal cord and hence secreted endorphins which make the pains less and make you feel in a better mood.
Regularity
You need to come to the sessions regularly (1-2 times a week) for the first 3-4 months to allow for maximum benefit from the sessions and be able to monitor the progress closely.
A practitioner can rarely define or determine the number of treatments/sessions required for each person, it depends on many factors such as:
- Is the pain/ disease acute or chronic?
- Duration of the pain/disease
- Ways of living with that pain/disease (are you on chronic regular meditations?)
Medications are known to reduce and minimize the vital energy of the human body and therefore, more sessions may be necessary and needed to stimulate the vital energy & restore the balance again. - Last but not least, the level of the vital energy of the body:, the lower the level is the more sessions are required to actually start feeling the improvements so basically the higher it is the quicker you feel the impact of the session.
